It also covers whether and how that information may be shared and your rights and choices regarding the information you provide to us when you access, use or obtain materials, information or services from www.lipdub.ai (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy does not apply to personal information of employees of MARZ.
Your access to and use of the Services is subject to our Terms of Use (“Terms”). Any capitalized terms used but not defined in this Privacy Policy have the meanings provided in the Terms.

By visiting our website, signing up to receive emails, registering with or using any of our Services, you are consenting to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information for these purposes, in accordance with the principles outlined in this Privacy Policy.

Payment information is collected by our third party payment provider Stripe, which may require you to provide your billing details and financial information corresponding to your selected method of payment (e.g., a credit card number and expiration date). In most cases, we will have access to transaction reference numbers and/or your billing information pertaining to each payment; however, we do not store or otherwise process any credit card information. d) Information from Third Parties and Integration Partners
We collect your information or data from third parties if you give permission to those third parties to share your information with us or where you have made that information publicly available online.
e) Cookies
Our websites uses “cookies” which enables us to remember you and understand and save your preferences. A cookie is a text file which enables our website to store information about your activities on our website. Any personal information that is collected by the cookies will be used only on an aggregate basis, which means that MARZ takes the identifiers off the information, and uses it for statistical purposes to assist MARZ in enhancing your online experience, or to evaluate the success of promotions that MARZ may carry on through the website. If you do this, the drawback is that certain features of our Services may not function properly and this may also block cookies for any other website you visit.
We also use analytics providers to help us understand how visitors interact with our Services. We ask that you provide your name, email address, requested action, relationship to MARZ and any details about your request. You, your authorized agent, or another person authorized by law may make a request related to your personal information. If you have an agent making a request, we will require: a) the agent to provide us your signed permission authorizing the agent to act on your behalf; and b) you to verify their identity directly with you or confirm with you that they provided the agent permission.
We can only honor verified requests. Once we receive your request, we will attempt to verify the request by comparing the information you provide with the details we have on file. Alternatively, we
may try to verify your identity by having you send us an email from the account we have on file.
In some cases, applicable law may require us to refuse your request to access, modify or delete your information. If we are unable to respond to your request, we will inform you of the reasons, subject to any legal or regulatory restrictions.

We are committed to the security of your personal information and we take steps to protect it from unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal and other risks.
