Monsters Aliens Robots Zombies Inc. ("MARZ", "we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. In this privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”), personal information means information that can identify an individual, directly or indirectly. This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect from you, how we use that information and our legal basis for doing so. It also covers whether and how that information may be shared and your rights and choices regarding the information you provide to us when you access, use or obtain materials, information or services from www.lipdub.ai (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy does not apply to personal information of employees of MARZ.

Your access to and use of the Services is subject to our Terms of Use (“Terms”). Any capitalized terms used but not defined in this Privacy Policy have the meanings provided in the Terms.

By visiting our website, signing up to receive emails, registering with or using any of our Services, you are consenting to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information for these purposes, in accordance with the principles outlined in this Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy or the Terms, please do not visit, use, register or otherwise access any of our Services. 

You may withdraw your consent at any time, unless such consent would frustrate the performance of a legal obligation. Your withdrawal may restrict our ability to provide the Services. There are limited circumstances in which we may collect, use or disclose personal information without your consent. We collect information about you from a variety of sources when you access our Services, including: a) directly from you (when you sign up for or use our Services); b) from our business partners and service providers; c) from third-party sources; and d) automatically from devices that you use to connect to our Services.

The amount and type of information that we collect about you depends on the nature of your interaction with our Services. We collect information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of your interaction with us. We collect the following information based on different scenarios of usage while accessing our Services:

  1. When inquiring about our Services or signing up for your account, we collect your name, job title, company name and email address; and

  1. Communications with us (e.g., interaction with our sales or customer support teams).

  1. Like most website and app operators, we collect information about your interactions with the Services, including but not limited to, which screens or pages you visit, what you click on, when you perform those actions, and language preferences.

c) Billing Information

  1. Payment information is collected by our third party payment provider Stripe, which may require you to provide your billing details and financial information corresponding to your selected method of payment (e.g., a credit card number and expiration date). In most cases, we will have access to transaction reference numbers and/or your billing information pertaining to each payment; however, we do not store or otherwise process any credit card information. d) Information from Third Parties and Integration Partners

  1. We collect your information or data from third parties if you give permission to those third parties to share your information with us or where you have made that information publicly available online.

e) Cookies

  1. Our websites uses “cookies” which enables us to remember you and understand and save your preferences. A cookie is a text file which enables our website to store information about your activities on our website. Any personal information that is collected by the cookies will be used only on an aggregate basis, which means that MARZ takes the identifiers off the information, and uses it for statistical purposes to assist MARZ in enhancing your online experience, or to evaluate the success of promotions that MARZ may carry on through the website. If you do not wish to have cookies placed on your computer, you should set your browsers to refuse cookies before using our Services. If you do this, the drawback is that certain features of our Services may not function properly and this may also block cookies for any other website you visit.

  2. We also use analytics providers to help us understand how visitors interact with our Services. These providers, including Google Analytics, use analytics cookies to collect anonymous technical information—such as your IP address, device type, operating system, referring URLs, location and pages visited—and provide us insights into activity on our website. We use that information to improve our customers’ experience on our website. HOW WE USE THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We use your information for the purposes identified in this Privacy Policy at the time of collection or for a purpose related thereto, including to develop and provide the Services. Specifically, we may use your information for the following purposes: a) registration; b) payment processing; c) monitor information you transmit through our Services to operate our Services properly; d) to send email notification and reminders related to the Services; e) providing the Services and operating our business; f) responding to customer requests and complaints; g) sending newsletters or other marketing information; h) establishing and maintaining relationships with our users; i) optimizing experiences by performing analytics and conducting research; j) resolving disputes and enforcing agreements and policies; and k) meeting and complying with legal and regulatory requirements. We will not rent or sell personal information to anyone.

YOUR RIGHTS

You have the following rights with respect to your personal information:

  • Access. You can request that we provide you the specific types of personal information we collected about you, the categories of personal information we collected about you, the categories of sources for that information, and reason why we collected your personal information.

  • Correction. You can request that we correct inaccurate information we have about you.

  • Deletion. You can request that we delete information we collected from you.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising the above rights. If you want to exercise those rights, please contact our Privacy Officer at info@lipdub.ai. We ask that you provide your name, email address, requested action, relationship to MARZ and any details about your request. You, your authorized agent, or another person authorized by law may make a request related to your personal information. If you have an agent making a request, we will require: a) the agent to provide us your signed permission authorizing the agent to act on your behalf; and b) you to verify their identity directly with you or confirm with you that they provided the agent permission.

We can only honor verified requests. Once we receive your request, we will attempt to verify the request by comparing the information you provide with the details we have on file. Alternatively, we
may try to verify your identity by having you send us an email from the account we have on file.

In some cases, applicable law may require us to refuse your request to access, modify or delete your information. If we are unable to respond to your request, we will inform you of the reasons, subject to any legal or regulatory restrictions. 

SECURITY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We are committed to the security of your personal information and we take steps to protect it from unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal and other risks. We store personal information in a secure location, accessible by designated staff and we only use it for the purposes for which you provide it, as set out in this Privacy Policy. We also use appropriate security measures that are in compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) as it relates to payment and billing information.

We routinely review and update our security policies and controls to ensure ongoing personal information security. However, no transmission of information over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee that information disclosed through the Internet cannot be intercepted by third parties. We have taken the steps that are reasonably available to us to protect any personal information that you have provided to us, including, in its disposal or destruction in due course.

We will store personal information on our internal servers or with service providers located in the United States. Personal information collected about you may be stored and/or processed outside the jurisdiction in which you reside. These jurisdictions have their own laws governing data protection and government access to information. The rules that protect your personal information under these laws may be different than your jurisdiction. 

When information is stored or processed outside your jurisdiction, it may be subject to the laws of, and accessible by, legal authorities in those other jurisdictions. We ensure that our service providers comply with all applicable privacy laws, and implement contractual clauses imposing obligations on them. Our Services may include links to other websites, products, or services (“External Websites”) whose privacy practices may differ from our own. When you use a link to an External Website, the privacy policy and data processing disclosures for that External Website govern. We assume no responsibility or liability for the interaction with and activities of an External Website. We seek to protect the integrity of our Services and the safety of our users. 

UPDATES

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time to adapt it to our company, products and services, and legal requirements. If we update this Privacy Policy, we will post the revised version on our website. You can tell if this Privacy Policy has changed by checking the effective date that appears at the top of this Privacy Policy. 

Any continued use of our Services after any changes are made to our Privacy Policy will mean that you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
